Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are sealed in specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are never left in transit over a weekend.

meritgrove currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, we will send an automated confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier details.

If no tracking information appears — or you have not received a tracking number — within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

We begin processing orders soon after they are placed so we can keep dispatch times fast.

• If you need to correct your shipping address or change your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing it at support@meritgrove.cyou.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, damaged, or compromised because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
